Here's what Lauren had to say about her tutorial: Whew! Finished just in time for the weekend! These little guys (and girls) are about 5" tall--the perfect size for little hands..and possibly Easter baskets? The pockets can accomodate all kinds of small and wonderful treasures--a lost tooth, a little love note or a tiny treat. I like customizing the patterns with bits of color on the clothes or changing the hair a bit. I'm not too fussy an embroiderer--if one foot ends up bigger than the other, eh, no biggie.

Lauren's Bio: Lauren Brandy is an artist and crafter living in Northern California. Her work can be seen in her two online shops, retailers, and at area craft shows several times a year. She also writes a blog, goody-goody, where she shares free tutorials and design inspiration.
"My mother taught me to enjoy the little things from a very early age. Especially those made by hand. Together we furnished my doll house with tiny cross-stitched rugs and fringed tea-towels. I often think of my life in terms of tiny vignettes—small, ever-changing arrangements of family, friends and visually pleasing elements that bring me comfort and happiness."
