Here's what Sue had to say about her candy cones tutorial: These cones are very easy to make. Fill them with candies or nuts and they are a terrific way to deliver a little gift for the holidays, housewarmings or just because. Several of them placed in a bowl filled with candies wrapped in cellophane would make a terrific centerpiece and your guests can take home a cone when they leave.
