Happy Holidays To All!

Ten Days of Handmade Gift Ideas For The Holiday's Series - Day 10

I just love handmade gifts. In fact, I should say I really prefer handmade gifts.

It's not that I don't like and appreciate other gifts. It's just that with the handmade gifts I know how much time and effort has gone into making them and they, therefore, become more precious to me.

I love giving handmade gifts now as a matter of choice. However, when I was younger and times were tough the only way I could afford gifts was to make them.

I know that times are tough for a lot of people now and thought maybe I could help by creating a series of suggestions for handmade gifts for the holiday season from so many of the wonderful artists and crafters who have contributed FREE crafts projects, patterns, suggestions, and ideas to my "The Best FREE Craft Articles" blog.

So, between now and December 15th I'm going to post my "Ten Days of Handmade Gift Ideas For The Holidays" series. I hope you enjoy my series.

Dress It Up-Quick Ornaments - FREE Tutorial by Romona King of Northbrook Designs

I thought you might all like to know that Romona King of Northbrook Designs has created a wonderful FREE .pdf tutorial on creating "Dress It Up-Quick Ornaments" on her Northbrook Designs blog.

Dress It Up-Quick Ornaments
© 2008 by Romona King of Northbrook Designs

If you'd like to download Romona's tutorial please click on the picture above or CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD

Here's what Romona had to say about her tutorial: I thought you might like a quickie little ornament technique. They don’t look like your usual Christmas type ornaments, but then again, who says you can only have ornaments up at one time of the year. I could have used just Christmassy type embellishments, but like any other crafty thing, I didn’t follow any rules.

Please respect Romona's Terms of Use - Feel free to share this tutorial, but please remember to give me credit for the information contained here.
