Here's what Romona had to say about her tutorial: I thought you might like a quickie little ornament technique. They don’t look like your usual Christmas type ornaments, but then again, who says you can only have ornaments up at one time of the year. I could have used just Christmassy type embellishments, but like any other crafty thing, I didn’t follow any rules.
