Marnie offers almost all of her knitting patterns for FREE. Here's her rationale for doing so - Almost all of my patterns are free and that is by choice. Not only does it free me up from feeling obligated to agonize over every detail of every pattern, but it also makes patterns more accessible to more people. I think offering unusual patterns for free is a great way to grow the knitting community. That being said, I've begun to offer a few select "for sale" patterns to offset some of the cost of maintaining this site.
According to Marnie - About the patterns - Please note that all these patterns are copyright protected and available for non-commercial purposes. While I strive to be as clear and accurate as possible, I write these patterns myself without the aid of a staff of pattern writers and proof readers, so please bear with me if there are errors. Even knitting books and magazines, from major publishers, have errors. If you have any questions or concerns, simply contact me and I'll do my best to try to fix the problem.
